Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Clean Up Labourer to support daily warehouse and yard operations by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and safety standards. The successful candidate will assist with general labour duties, debris removal, equipment cleaning, and overall upkeep of the facility and outdoor yard areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and yard areas
• Remove garbage, debris, scrap materials, and other waste safely and efficiently
• Sweep, shovel, pressure wash, and clean work areas as required
• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials when needed
• Support warehouse staff with general labour tasks and site organization
• Ensure tools, equipment, and work areas are kept clean and properly stored
• Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times
• Identify and report safety hazards, damaged equipment, or maintenance concerns
• Assist during busy operational periods with miscellaneous duties as assigned

Requirements

• Previous warehouse, yard, or general labour experience preferred
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 75 lbs
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic understanding of workplace safety practices
• Previous forklift experience is an asset

Working Conditions

• Physically active role involving standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive tasks
• May require overtime or flexible hours depending on operational needs
